I've bought 12 colors of Talens Ecoline ink and give them a try.
[You can google them to see what they look like.]
These inks have high color strength and their pigment are very smooth. [just like copic marker]
I found that it's easier to blend color more than using watercolor.
And you can delute them with water for a lighter color as well.
