I was wondering: how did you make the night sky? And the glow of the stars?

I used payne'gray, purple, and light blue for night sky
Copic opaque white for star and airbrush with white poster color for shiny effect.

So there's no way to make those stars with watercolor alone?

Yeah, I've been trying. Do you have any suggestions for how to do so?

Forgot to offer this technique >>> You can use poster color[ for white dot] and white/light blue soft pastel+cotton wool[for lighting effect], Which are really cheap compared to airbrush, but can achieve the same result.
